Camp La Jolla Women’s Fitness Retreat
At Camp La Jolla we are proud to have created our women’s fitness retreat for ladies ages 19-29 and women and mothers age 30+. These two programs are less like a rigid women’s fitness camp and more like a women’s health retreat, offering our clients a chance to vacation in La Jolla and gain self confidence with the added bonus of weight loss.
Our women’s fitness retreat is the perfect environment to get in touch with the real person inside of you with none of the distractions or demands of everyday life such as work, family, cooking or cleaning. Camp La Jolla’s women’s weight loss retreat is specifically designed and tailored to meet your individual weight loss and fitness needs in the comfortable, flexible and motivational setting of a women’s fitness camp.
Ladies enrolled in our women’s fitness retreat enjoy their choice of many different fitness classes and activities including aerobics, firm and tone, yoga, racquetball, step aerobics, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, swimming, and strength training as well as use of the state-of-the-art weight room at the top-notch facilities of University of California at San Diego. In addition, we offer water aerobics, lap swim, tennis, snorkeling, power walking, mountain biking, hiking, and many other fun beach activities such as surfing or boogie boarding at our women’s fitness camp.
Women at our women’s health retreat learn a new approach to exercise and eating habits, discover improved self-esteem and enjoy a carefree vacation on the sunny shores of La Jolla in San Diego. We offer many fun excursions during the course of our women’s fitness camp including visits to Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Laguna Beach's Pageant of the Masters, the J. Paul Getty Museum, Balboa Park, The Comedy Store, Harbor Cruises, La Jolla Playhouse and other great San Diego theaters as well as shopping, shopping and more shopping!
