Teen Boys Summer Weight Loss Camp Ages 13-18
Do you want to have the summer of your life by the beach in sunny San Diego? Are you looking to make great friends and gain confidence? Would it feel good to return to school in the fall at a healthier weight, having met challenges you didn’t think you were capable of?
If so, our Teen Boys Program was created specifically for you! In Wellspring Camp La Jolla’s Teen Boy Program, young men gain self confidence and learn how to lose weight and keep it off long-term. You will enjoy a range of exciting and fun activities like surfing, boogie boarding, football, basketball, snorkeling, ocean kayaking, soccer and mountain biking. Evenings and weekends are filled with dances, talent shows, hiking trips, the beach, bowling, and visits to top attractions. And you’ll participate fully in our culinary and nutrition classes, as well as our behavior modification program.
We also offer a range of weight training classes, sports training, and circuit training. Our teen guys attend all male classes and also have the option of fun co-ed classes such as soccer, softball, and ultimate Frisbee.
Camp La Jolla’s non-competitive Teen Boys Program is a successful program filled with mutual respect, personal responsibility, and goal achievement. We offer different classes for every activity level—so teen boys will always feel confident and capable while building new skills.
