Typical Day

At Wellspring Camp La Jolla, you will enjoy days filled with exciting activities, great friends, delicious food, and adventures that take you to the beach and far beyond.

Here’s what you can expect from a typical day:

• Start your day with a morning walk to the beach. Or maybe some early morning yoga or sports.

• Delicious breakfast of oatmeal with fresh blueberries, pineapple, and a low-fat scone.  Healthy food can be delicious food!

• Fitness and Aerobics at the $35 million state-of-the-art fitness facility.
Your choice of hip-hop aerobics or weight training.

• Culinary education as your team challenges other teams for best meal presentation.  Only a few weeks ago you could only make toast!

• Healthy & Satisfying Lunch of teriyaki chicken kabobs and baked fries.
Still hungry? Grab food from the unlimited salad, veggie, and fruit bar.

• Life Coaching with you and your friends—today you’re talking about how to find time at home for activity or sports.

• Off to the beach to boogie board and swim. The weather is perfect and the water is warm and inviting.

• Picnic on the beach. Tonight we stay at the beach enjoying a picnic and low-fat s’mores for dessert. We huddle around the bonfire, laughing and singing with friends.

• Time for bed already? What a day! Tomorrow is another fun day of laughs, learning, fitness and weight loss.
