Women's Weight Loss Camp Age 30-60+

We are proud to offer a unique program for ladies and mothers ages 30-60+. This program is specifically designed and tailored to meet individual weight loss and fitness needs in a comfortable, flexible and motivational setting. Women in our Mature Adult Program learn a new approach to exercise and eating habits, discover improved self-esteem and enjoy a carefree vacation in La Jolla's paradise.

Enjoy a full fitness, behavior modification and nutrition and culinary program in an ideal getaway environment with plenty of fun excursions. Get in touch with the real person inside of you. Remember, looking young is feeling young. Accept this challenge and discover your full potential! Imagine walking the beautiful shoreline of La Jolla, hiking the Torrey Pines Natural Reserve while enjoying a beautiful sunset, taking a day trip to the Hotel Del Coronado, or shopping the beautiful village boutiques of La Jolla—all while losing weight and learning life-changing skills.

Moms, you'll love this Fitness Vacation as much as your children! Why should kids have all the fun? Why not come along to camp and be a part of your own exclusive program. Imagine, NO COOKING, NO CLEANING AND NO DRIVING THE KIDS AROUND! Sounds great doesn't it? Plus, once you return home, working together as a team and being unified in your goals, will reinforce and support your relationship, as well as develop an "at home" support group.

Our ladies enrolled in our Mature Adult Program enjoy personal activities outside of camp such as visiting the J. Paul Getty Museum, Balboa Park, The Comedy Store, Harbor Cruises, La Jolla Playhouse & other great San Diego theaters. Ladies have also enjoyed field trips to such places as Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Knotts Berry Farm, Laguna Beach's Pageant of the Masters, shopping, shopping and more shopping!
