Our Exclusive Collegiate & Young Ladies Weight Loss Program

Camp La Jolla, located in the beautiful beach community of La Jolla, California, is proud to have created the very first and exclusive program for young ladies ages 19-29. Our Young Adult Program is designed for women who know their weight is holding them back and keeping them from reaching their full potential.

Our Young Adult Program focuses on issues of self-esteem, self-confidence and personal growth for our collegiate and young professional women. As women in our Young Adult Program, we know you want more than just weight loss results. You deserve and need a program that focuses on your entire lifestyle. During our discussion group sessions, nutrition education courses and behavior modification program you will learn the foundation for life long weight management.

Our Young Adult Program is designed for women to lose weight safely, in a controlled, supportive and motivating environment, using a realistic approach that will allow you to continue your progress at home. Our signature after camp Follow-Up Program which includes monthly newsletters, 24-hour support line, 3 day retreats, monthly meal plans & recipes and fitness DVDs will help you to stay on track.

Each day you will be involved in activities ranging from walking the track on the beautiful campus of UCSD to boogie boarding at the beach. At the $35 million sports facility we offer classes in aerobics, firm and tone, yoga, racquetball, step aerobics, kickboxing, and strength training as well as use of the state-of-the-art weight room. In addition, we offer water aerobics, lap swim, tennis, surfing, snorkeling, power walking, mountain biking, hiking, and many other activities.

Our ladies enrolled in our Young Adult Program enjoy personal activities outside of camp such as visiting the J. Paul Getty Museum, Balboa Park, The Comedy Store, Harbor Cruises, La Jolla Playhouse & other great San Diego theaters. Ladies have also enjoyed field trips to such places as Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Knotts Berry Farm, Laguna Beach's Pageant Of The Masters, shopping, shopping and more shopping!
